Cute, but really tight....needs an extender

This is a really cute piece, great to wear on it's own or to layer with longer pendants. The problem? It's super tight!
I'm a size 12/14 and have a 14 inch neck, so I'm a mid-size person, which Pebby caters to....weird that they'd sell a necklace too small for people our size, that's what happens in traditional boutiques and retailers. I have a stash of extenders so that'll fix it, but it would be nice if it wasn't necessary.
