Eligibility Requirements 

1. Retail Business Status

• Must operate a brick-and-mortar storefront, online retail store, or a mobile retail business.
• Social sellers and pop-up/event-based sellers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Personal shoppers and resellers on third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible.

2. Brand Alignment

• Your store or platform should align with Pebby Forevee’s values of body inclusivity, confidence, and self-expression.
• Your aesthetic and audience should complement our brand’s bold and unapologetic voice.

3. Business Verification

• Must provide a valid business license, resale certificate, or tax ID number depending on your location.
• Must agree to abide by Pebby Forevee’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy and brand guidelines.

4. Minimum Order Commitment

• Must meet the minimum opening order requirement (outlined in our Wholesale Terms).
• Must demonstrate intent to maintain a consistent buying relationship (exclusivity options available for qualifying accounts).

5. Marketing & Presentation

• Product presentation (in-store or online) must reflect the integrity and aesthetic of the Pebby Forevee brand.
• Must not alter or rebrand Pebby Forevee products in any way.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

We’ve designed our order process to be as straightforward as possible while ensuring our partners are set up for success. Please review the following order requirements before placing your first wholesale order with Pebby Forevee:

Order Minimum

• A minimum of $250 is required for all orders.

Order Increments

• Products must be ordered in multiples of 2 per style (e.g., 2 of the same color/style in varying sizes).
• Sizing packs and best-seller bundles may be offered seasonally to simplify ordering.

Payment Terms

• All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
• We accept credit cards, ACH payments, and Venmo. Net terms may be considered after an established order history.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–14 business days.
• Turnaround time may vary slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Backorders

• In the event of a backordered item, you will be notified immediately with options to substitute, waitlist, or adjust your order total.
