Social Media Coordinator — Video Production & Editing

Pebby Forevee is looking for a creative, highly motivated Social Media Coordinator specializing in video production and editing to join our content team.

While this position sits within our social media team, the primary focus of this role is video. We're looking for someone who can confidently film, edit and own video projects from start to finish while contributing to the overall execution and evolution of our social content.

Working in tandem with our existing Social Media Coordinator/Video Editor and alongside the broader social team, you'll help bring the Pebby Forevee brand to life through engaging, social-first video content ranging from brand storytelling and product-focused content to campaigns, trends, behind-the-scenes moments and other creative projects across the business.

  • Salary range: $45,000–$55,000

  • On-site Monday–Friday in Dublin, Ohio, from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Film and edit video content from start to finish.
  • Own assigned video projects, including filming, footage management, editing and final delivery.
  • Create a wide variety of video content, from short-form social and product-focused videos to longer-form storytelling, campaigns and brand content.
  • Turn raw footage, interviews, candid moments and B-roll into engaging finished content.
  • Make creative editing decisions around pacing, music, sound, graphics and overall storytelling.
  • Capture product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and brand footage.
  • Create video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.
  • Adapt filming and editing styles as our content strategy, platforms and creative direction evolve.
  • Organize, upload and maintain footage for accessibility and crossover editing between team members.
  • Manage multiple video projects, production timelines and deadlines.
  • Schedule and publish assigned completed content.
  • Collaborate with the social team on concepts, content priorities and upcoming projects.
  • Support additional video needs across the business, including website campaigns and special projects.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and understanding of the Pebby Forevee brand across content.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong video editing skills are required.
  • Strong filming/videography skills and confidence behind the camera.
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating both filming and editing ability.
  • Experience creating video for social media and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing and how to turn an idea or raw footage into compelling content.
  • Ability to work across different video styles, formats and creative directions.
  • Comfortable filming people, products and environments in both planned and candid settings.
  • Ability to independently own a video project from filming through final edit.
  • Strong organization and footage/file-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.
  • Understanding of social platforms, formats and current content trends.

Bonus Points:

  • Graphic design experience
  • Photography experience
  • Experience creating multiple styles of video content, including social-first, campaign, interview, product or brand storytelling.
  • Experience within fashion, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and publishing.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with the following is a plus, but we value creativity, adaptability, a strong eye for content, and a willingness to learn just as much as years of experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, videography, content creation, social media, or a related creative role
  • Strong video editing skills with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
  • Experience filming and creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music, sound, and what keeps viewers engaged
  • Comfortable filming people, products, and environments in both planned and candid settings
  • Ability to create across a variety of video styles, from short-form social and product content to campaigns and longer-form storytelling
  • Understanding of social trends, hooks, platform-specific formats, and evolving content styles
  • Strong organization and file-management skills, including managing and organizing large amounts of video footage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback while also confident working independently and owning projects from start to finish
