Part Time Distribution Center (DC) Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center (DC) Team Member to join our apparel print shop team.

This role is responsible for supporting daily operations within our e-commerce fulfillment and production facility, including apparel printing, order processing, inventory handling, and outbound shipping.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering on time high-quality products to customers.

Position Details & Benefits

• $17-$20/HR

• Reports to the DC Shipping Specialist.
• On-site Part Time 3-4 days a week in Plain City, Ohio 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support and coordinate:

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, ship and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify product quality, sizes, and customization details before shipment.

Apparel Printing & Production

• Operate heat press.
• Prepare transfer artwork materials for print runs.
• Ensure consistent print quality standards and meet production deadlines.
  

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Receive, stock, and organize raw materials, blanks, and supplies.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
  

Shipping & Logistics

• Process shipping labels and documentation through ecommerce platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.).
• Stage and hand off packages for carrier pick-up.
• Meet same-day or next-day shipping requirements to support customer satisfaction.

Team & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Assist with troubleshooting production or fulfillment issues

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution, or apparel printing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, Fishbowl or similar platforms a plus.
