Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports day-to-day marketing initiatives with a focus on customer-facing creative execution, email design coordination, promotional planning, and performance reporting.

This position works closely with the Marketing & Digital Design Manager and our external marketing agency, serving as a reliable point of coordination to ensure creative assets are delivered accurately, on-brand, and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong execution skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Creative Coordination

  • Design and prepare email creative assets (graphics and visual components)
  • Ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness for deployment
  • Lead creative QA and feedback coordination with the external marketing agency
  • Act as a key internal point of contact for email creative execution

Customer-Facing Creative & Digital Design

  • Create and maintain customer-facing assets including:
    • Email graphics, landing page elements, SMS and push creative, UX/UI components and promotional visuals
  • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

Customer Journey & Email Flow Support

  • Review automated email flows for accuracy, branding, and relevance
  • Coordinate creative updates and improvements
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

Promotional Calendar & Project Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of the promotional calendar
  • Manage timelines, creative needs, and approvals
  • Ensure cross-channel readiness for launches and campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  • Pull and interpret campaign performance data
  • Build basic performance summaries
  • Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support product launches, photoshoots, content planning, and special projects
  • Collaborate across marketing, social media, and external partners

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with the following tools and skill sets is a plus, but not required. We value curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn just as much as prior experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, including supporting creative assets and campaign coordination
  • Exposure to direct mail or print marketing tools, such as PostPilot
  • Experience creating digital assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce workflows; familiarity with Tapcart or mobile app platforms
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and attribution tools, such as Triple Whale, and an interest in learning how performance data informs creative decisions
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS, or a willingness to learn, to support digital design and troubleshooting
  • Strong written communication skills, including copywriting fundamentals for customer-facing content
  • Comfort working within brand guidelines while adapting creative for different channels and formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback loops in a collaborative environment
