Inventory Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory tracking, production coordination, and merchandising support. This role is perfect for someone who loves data, thrives on organization, and enjoys being the bridge between product, operations, and merchandising.

This role reports to the Buying Specialist.

In this role, you will coordinate & support:

Inventory management 

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across all channels
  • Monitor stock levels and identify restock needs
  • Compile and analyze inventory data to support forecasting and planning 

Purchasing & Production Support

  • Write and manage purchase orders (POs) for reorders and new production
  • Track orders from placement through delivery
  • Coordinate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely restocks 

Budget & Reporting

  • Update and track inventory and purchasing budgets
  • Assist with reporting related to inventory spend, production, and stock levels
  • Flag discrepancies or risks before they become issues 

Merchandising & Samples

  • Maintain and update the merch wall to reflect current assortments and priorities 
  • Track samples across development, production and marketing needs
  • Ensure samples are properly logged, sorted and, and returned when needed 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support inventory audits and reconciliations
  • Maintain clear documentation and organized systems
  • Assist with miscellaneous operations and inventory-related projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory systems
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data clearly
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred (Not Required) Skills

  • Experience in inventory coordination, production, or operations
  • Background in retail, e-comm or apparel
  • Familiarity with inventory tools and Shopify
  • Understanding of merchandising or product lifecycle processes
