Apparel & Brand Designer

We're looking for a designer with exceptional taste. Someone who is obsessed with typography, color, silhouettes, graphics, and the small details that make a piece feel special.

Your job is not to invent the vision. Your job is to take the CEO's vision and bring it to life better than anyone imagined.

Position Details & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO to transform concepts, mood boards, references, and
    creative direction into apparel collections.
  • Design tops, bottoms, and other pieces that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Create technical design packages and production-ready assets when needed.
  • Research trends, fabrics, washes, colors, and silhouettes that support the creative
    vision.
  • Refine concepts through multiple rounds of iteration until every detail feels right.
  • Design graphics, artwork, typography treatments, and apparel prints based on
    inspiration and creative direction provided by the CEO.
  • Maintain consistency across collections while continuing to push the brand forward.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of apparel design and garment construction.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, color, proportion, and composition.
  • Ability to interpret creative direction and elevate it through design.
  • Strong graphic design skills, particularly for apparel graphics and typography.
  • Someone who can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Someone who is detail-oriented and highly collaborative.
  • Someone who genuinely cares about creating products people become obsessed with.
