Shopping online can be a daunting experience when knowing what style to get that is the most flattering to your body type & personality.  We want to make women feel like they can have a go-to style that will work every time- and we want you to find that with us!  We do not process refunds, but we are happy to do an exchange on custom-made tees, which most stores do not allow. As a business who cares about customer care, we would rather be "stuck with something" we can try to resell than have you "stuck with something" that you will never wear. Since it is custom made, we have to put it back on our floor at a discounted price for other customers to browse through. The $5 listing is to cover the cost of having to discount the item you chose to have made, & to cover the cost to send you the new item you desire. Because of this, we are able to allow exchanges. We will not email you when we receive your exchange. You will get an email sent to you when we ship out your new exchange. They generally take a few business days to process. In that email will be your new tracking number.
